    Thanku babu sir for taking out time from your busy schedule and helping all of us here.My external hammeroids are severe and i am also trying to conceive. I am trying to conceive for last 5 years but no success till yet. My external hammeroids are paining a lot to me. I want to shrink those veins as they pain lot sometimes.I will definitely follow your medicines and let you know the result after one month.Does these medicines will help me to shrink the external hammeroids.i want to reduce the size of them and don't want any new external hammeroids to be grown.Hope you will help me in my journey...

    where can i get soorana modakam? Can i get them in kottakal stores?

    sorrana modakam is available in vydyaratnam oushadasala. in kottackal store you will get vanasoorana leha. it modakam is not available you can use this 1 tsp daily as suggested.

    Hello Sir,

    I have read many posts and ur suggestions and the way it helped many people. So i am also in the list.

    1. Have sever hair fall with head ache. I wash my hair 3 times a week applying oil. But still there is no control and there is not much noticable growth in hair also(I have dandruff problem ones in a while)
    2. I always feel tired and weak. Lazy to do things. having a disturbed sleep.
    3. I am bit over weight. Not able to reduce it.


    Please help me. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for the above problems. Thanks in advance

    hello pavithra..
    hairfall occures due to many reasons and most of it due to because acidity and matabolism disorder.

    1. avoid canned drinks most of which ph level is acidic.
    2. fried and masala items take control over it.
    3. take daily one amla [ gooseberry] raw in the morning before break fast. vita c deficiency may cause for lethargy..
    4. apply "bala hadadhi oil" or "kadhali phaladhi coconut oil" preferable from kottackal vydyasala or vaidyaratnam .
    [pour one cap full to the centre of the head and leave for 3 minutes before bath]

    5. take one spoon of "Thriphala powder mix with good quality honey daily before bed after dinner.

    continue this routine for 21 days and post the results.

    sorry for the delay..

    1. mix sukumaram kashayam + ashokarishtam 10 ml each and mix boiled coolled water 30 ml and have it 2 timeas a day before break fast and around 6 pm evening.

    you need to administer this for 90 days and check the periods...

    post me any more clarification needed.
