Hi Also while starting a thread, the subscribe to the thread option is automatically getting selected. Could you please remove this auto default option? As my mailbox is loaded with many intimation mails. As I am logging into IL regularly, i don't want separate intimation mails on each response be sent to me. Thank you
Go to UserCP-->Edit Options There you can find General Settings session. Select the "Default Thread Subscription Mode" to Do not Subscribe and Save.
