Remedy for premature greying

    Its natural to have grey hairs at 50s and 60s but nowadays we see many young people having this problem of white hairs at a young age and we have seen many queries in our IL forum. Here, I'm sharing with you a home made remedy for premature grey hairs suggested by my aunt. Following this for once a week for 2 to 3 months will help you to regain your black hairs. All the best.

    Ingredients:

    Almond oil - 4 Tbsp
    Sesame seeds - 1 Tbsp

    Powder the sesame seeds finely and mix it with oil in to a fine paste. Then massage this pate on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes. Then wash it off with a mild shampoo in lukewarm water.

    yeah Narmada, you can use both the varieties but it is more advisable to use the black sesame seeds.
