Register USA birth certificate in India

    Hi

    My daughter is a US citizen and holds an US Passport. I heard that we can register the US birth certificate in India .... Is it possible and if so what is the procedure?

    I think you need to check with the us consulate for better guidelines.

    If it is for the purpose of indian passport(?) then you can register her birth at the Indian embassy/mission at your place in us and since she holds a passport i think it is not possible unless the other pass port is surrendered...
