Regarding jobs for CS masters students in USA

I registered only today. This is a wonderful virtual community of Indians.

MY BACKGROUND

Finished MS in CSE from a very good US University. I did my BS in CSE from NIT. I also have a good job through campus placement.

QUESTION

The job I got is in a pure software development company. It is a full-time job. Though I love coding and software development, I am more interested in working in IT departments of business firms. :spin:crazy

So, I want to know which companies hire fresher masters students into their IT departments.

I was looking at CitiGroup. I know they sponsor lot of H-1 visas. But, do they hire freshers ? :hide:
