    hello Sudhisha,

how are you.I am giving recipe for punugulu not with self rising flour

idli or dosa batter - (keep this batter out firdge in the night till next day morning) - 1 cup
    all purpose flour -1/4 cup
    onion -1
    Chillies -2 or 3
    salt - according to taste

    • Mix all these ingredients in a bowl in such a way that the batter should be easy to preare round balls.
    • Heat oil in Kadai and make the batter into small bowls and put them in oil.
    • Fry them till they turn into dark golden color.
    • Take them into plate and serve.
Hope this the recipe which you are looking for.If you prepare with only all purpose flour they will be very hard to eat.You should eat them when they are hot.
Punugulu with above recipe will be tasty when they are cool also.

    Thanks

    Happy Weekend
