Like NIP(Nursing in public),do we have any options for pump in public?Iam an exclusive pumper and need to pump every 2.5-3 hrs.any ideas please?
Even though the option of nursing in public exists, I have not yet seen anyone do that. Even if they do, I have seen them using udder covers or using family rooms or fitting rooms. You can do the same or pump in the car.
i have pumped and seen mothers nurse at airports and on planes and its been fine. I have used nursing aprons for that though, as a lot of people are not used to it. Also have pumped in cars with the black stick on blinds on the windows, but all said and done, its never that comfortable. How long are you outdoors for at a time? is it for shopping or work related? According to the books I read, if you are going out ovccassionally, elongating the intervals between pumping is ok when you're out, as long as yuo shorten the intervals between the other pumps when you are at home so that you finally have done the same # of pumps.
