@Sags, Really sorry to hear that..
    Some things before next FET
1.Was hysteroscopy done? If not done, can this be done
2.PGS suggested by jillcastle - yes this will eliminate the bad embryos.. But it has to be done when eggs are fertilized and then pgs done .. Don't know if its possible to do this after freezing already
    3. Most important think u have to ask is - wat could be the potential reasons and wat can we do to fix them.. Like taking more tests for immune issues etc..
    4. And wat is the success rate in ur clinic for FET and Fresh cycle .
Even after all this, it just could be plain bad luck and something not clicking.. Because after all ivf has around 30-40% success per cycle. But since your embryos were blasrocysts that does increase the chance more... I hope you get an answer soon and next is a successful cycle..

@Sags..How many frozen embryos you have ? You can still go for PGS testing..Blastocysts definitely has higher chances of implantation.. But the chances are reduced due to genetic reasons..

@Sags I have also undergone repeated implantation failures including both fresh and frozen cycles. Though I cannot boast of a success yet I had multiple discussions with the doctors. One suggestion given by my doctor to me is to go for laser assisted hatching of the blastocyst during Embryo transfer. This is something which i will be trying for the first time in my ET next month. I have no prior experience to give you more details but you may check that with your doctor once.

If you have a history of miscarriage or failed ivf cycles, there is a test you can take to see if your infertility problems are due to a genetic defect in chromosome. To check all your 46 chromosome are normal or not.
In my case my doc suggested starting only.
