Have you tried fiber rich food? Greens, vegetables and fruits? Banana? These supposed to help during constipation. Hope your bowel movement eases soon. Take care.

Baby dust to all TTC ladies..

@Sags The PIO shots are bad, but manageable. 30 mins prior to injecting, heat it up so it gets injected fast. Body heat helps much better than running it in hot water. I mostly keep it in my underarm. I am hoping your DH would be injecting. Ask him to stretch the place where he is going to inject and insert the needle very fast. During the initial days, my DH used to inject slowly and it really hurt. So he should not have any second thoughts and just put in the needle. Then pull the plunger to check if no blood in the needle to make sure he did not hit a vein. Then inject the medicine. It is oil based, so it would be slow. After injecting, ask your DH to rub his hand on the site well. It heats up the site and helps in dispersing the oil evenly. If you have time, you could use a heating pad for some time.

All the best dear. Loads of sticky baby dust to you. Prayers this cycle will bring you the most awaited BFP.

Hello ladies as the ET day is approaching am getting lot of questions. As i had a failed IVF cycle fresh because of OHSS as per doc estrogen on the higher side caused the failure. So now while in FET am again taking estrace 2g daily and mineville patches almost 3 patches for every 3 days. And progesterone oil and crinone vaginally from this week. Am worried again this may cause increase in estrogen levels. Please pour in your experiences and suggestions.

@Sags - Hope you are feeling better now.. PIO shots are literally a pain I know.. apply warm compress on it.. I had wonderful allergy to it and had hives in hands legs etc because of it, but still had to bear it.. Thinking abt it, its a passing phase in the journey to get our baby.. after few weeks of bfp doc wil stop it..So dont worry.. Also the estrogen amount due to IVF injections and huge no of follicles is way higher than estrace and patches.. Estrace and patches is must for ur lining to grow well for ur baby to attach.. So dont worry and be positive .. tc
