positive pregnancy test but i am worried

i m also in 5th week of pregnancy.My hcg count was 4558 (last period 15 jan) on 18feb and was 8773 on 20feb.(slightly falling from double).so, i m a bit worried...pray for me...

My beta count was 8010
Progestrone is 13.5

But no preganncy symptoms. Breasts were sore up to day before yesterday but nor from yestday. No sickness. No pain nothing. No nausea i am bit worried .
Doc told in first u/s he found sac.

Is thsi normal . Or is teh anything to worry .i had miscarraige last oct. pleasse pray for me. Please....
And please tell me is this ok? Do i need to worry.

 

I just went to doc last thursday.
They told to takeappointment at gyneac meanwhile they asked meto come to test heartbeat this week.

Please tell that count is good withthese symptoms i mean no symptoms.

Nothing goes wrong right this time.please pray for me ladies.

Please don't stress yourself. be happy. Thank god for not having any symptoms. Your count is good. which week of pregnancy you are? note that, not all will get all pregnancy symptoms. for me i don't had any symptoms of pregnancy except breast soreness in the first trimester.
