Pimples

    I don't know why I'm having pimples lately. I have one on my chin, another on my nose and forehead. Is it because those areas are oily? I don't want to put any ointment or cream. I just want to try some natural remedies. So please share some helpful tips with me. Thank you.

    That's called the T zone of the face and its oily area.Try using soaps like acnoff. They do not have any harsh chemicals.WAsh your face with cold water sans soap.

    Garlic. Split into half. Rub on pimples. turmeric apply as paste. Use these alternatively

    No shravs it won't. U just have to rub only on area where pimple is there. Garlic is antimicrobial which kills the germs. While applying turmeric also pimple just will come out. Do not touch and continue the treatment s. Hope this will subside.

    It's not a natural thing but with less harmful chemicals which actually works on pimple is Body Shop Tea Tree line products. Especially the night mask is amazing at getting rid of pimples.

    Drink lots of water. As skin is the largest organ of the human body, it is affected when you don’t drink ample amounts of water. The toxins, the bodily waste, and even the bacteria can be trapped within your skin without proper hydration to flush them out which can increase the possibility of acne. So make it a habit of drinking 8 to 12 hours a day.

    If you aren’t getting enough sleep chances are that your skin hasn’t had the time or the ability to renew it’s skin cells. Another factor connecting sleep deprivation to acne is the increase in the cortisol hormone in the body. Cortisol, in turn, causes the skin to secrete more sebum which results in acne.
