    Hi friends

    I need clarification on how to apply for a baby's passport in India.
    My husband is in UAE and I'm now with my parents in chennai. Im travelling with my 3 month old son.

    I wanted to know what all documents required to apply.
    Different agents tell differently. Also some told that two types of photos are reqd. One with ears clearly seen nd another with eyes open. Is it that way?

    Our passports have the address nd names endorsed.

    Would be great if anyone could help me with exact info.

    hi,

    3years back i applied for my son's passport in india. All i needed was our passports means me and my husband's. Then our address proof. My son's birth certificate given by municipality office. Photograph was only one type with white background. For photograph i went to GK Vale and i asked them to get photograph for passport. They clicked it with white backgroung ears seen and eyes open. Check with passport website in which state you are going to apply and call them.
