    Nice to know about Porur generally;iam also planning to buy a 2 bedroom apartment in Porur.I have heard that Porur is one of the fastest growing suburbs in Chennai now.I would like to get a general layout of the place.Can anybody help me out please?

    Hei hi all.Is anyone aware on the CMDA approval status?Heard still they din get the one.m interested in booking the 2BHK flat there.But only concern or issue stopping me is the CMDA approval.Please do post if anyone get to know the details.

    Yes they have the necessary approvals in place. You can CMDA website http://www.cmdachennai.gov.in/pdfs/msb/english/2012.pdf for proof.Their approval file no is C3/2998/2011

    The current base price is Rs. 5150/sft post getting approvals. Prestige whihc is 1.5 kms further down is selling at about the same price. Osian Chlorophyll is possibly the best project with the best location advantage in Porur.

    anybody heard about the builder giving an offer of rental return of 20,000/month for 24 months? just saw in news papper. anybody seen same? I'm looking to visiting to their site today
