Was trying to install a program on my computer to help me understand software we are using at work

    Following online articles.

When it worked, I got so excited, I thanked the person who wrote the online articles.

    Went few steps further.

    Lost wireless connection.

Not sure if installation of software damaged the software that manages wireless connection.

    Tried restarting the computer.

    Tried uninstalling the software.

    Tries restarting the computer.

Have no choice but to wipe my entire hard drive and install the computer all over again.

Hope it doesn't take too long.

Have so many things to take care of.

    Now it just re-installed.

There is still no wireless connection.

    Will troubleshoot this.

    Cannot live without wireless.

    Need it do to work.

To carry the laptop anywhere in the house.

To help parents find things on Internet.

    Dear, Oh Dear!

Even after reinstalling, cannot connect to wireless.

    Trying to get help online.

Yeah, and I'm still stuck. Well, not entirely. I got some technical advice from message boards and I am yet to try it out.
