Now pour it onto Dosa pan and make thick pancakes.Pour oil on the pancake while it is getting cooked to make it more tasty.Enjoy with some chutney(Chilli chutney will be good)

Note: Eat it when it is hot

Here is my healthy recipe for the day.....

    BOMBAY SANDWICH
    *****************

Take two brown bread slices. Apply coriander/mint chutney on one slice and lightly butter the other slice.

On the chutney slice, place a few slices of cucumber. Next, put a few slices of boiled potato. And then, sliced tomato. You can sliced onion as well. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper and place the buttered slice to complete the sandwich. You can have this sandwich as it is or if desired you can toast/grill it. Serve with tomato ketchup.

We had this for our lunch today with a glass of jeera lassi

    HI
I have something to contribute. This is already a super hit with kids but with my variation it will become mothers' favourite too!
    PIZZA!!!!!
I know you have heard it before.
But recently I made the pizza base at home using not maida but our own 'whole wheat flour'. The one that we use to make chapatis.
The entire procedure remains the same jut substitute maida with whole wheat flour and it will taste far far better than the regular pizza.
I am so happy with this innovation coz my 5-yr-old DD eats only the base and leaves all the veggies (the only nutritional part) in the plate!!
Now I don't worry about it. Also I found some really good pizza sauce recipes on the internet and hence I don't use the ready made ones which are loaded with preservatives.
Do try this at home and have Pizza parties with your family!! With this its not junk anymore!!

    Hi LaksmiMohan,

My mom makes aval(poha) breakfast dish/evening dish in another way.

Add aval soaked in water to jaggery water(jaggery made in hot water) or add sugar to the soaked aval.
Add shredded coconut to this mixture, give it a stir. Breakfast is ready. Children will love this as a evening snack too.

If anyone wants this to be very healthy add a little sugar.
