I am working on a table cloth and I am stuck up on a design as I am not sure which thread work/stitch would look best on it. I have highlighted the design in the below image with 2 BLUE arrows in it.

Please help me with the name of the thread work which can go with it and if possible also with instructions on how to do the thread work. Else just leave the name and I will google it to see how to do it.

    hi

ur embroidery already done is great...good color combination:2thumbsup:

for the part u asked use a long and short stitch...its just fantastic...it looks like a bud in ur picture...so use light and dark pink or shades likewise for the stitches....

i hope the picture attached would be helpful for you :)

you can refer how to do long and short stitch here

    Hi Sneha,

You have did an excellent job and it is nice.

What Nirmal said is right.. You can use two shades of any color and fill it with long and short or chain stitch. As you have used lavender for flowers my choice would be lavender and a dark shade of the same color.

Eager to see the finished pic of the same...
