we are planning to come to chennai this march.so we have decided to buy an 3 BR apt in provident fund cosmo city,behind siruseri IT park.....so need info abt this project..whether it is worth to buy the apt there.very much confused. our budget is below 35lk.we got infn only this project provides apt to tht amt..is there any other builders providing projects in and around OMR ? so pls give me some suggestions IL'S.....
this is a sister concern of purvankara builders, and this is a budget flat.no fringe flats. it started at 14lacs for a 2 bhk to 17+ for 3 bhk..today it is something near to 28lacs (my last enquiry) check out other projects, the distance. isha, akshaya, a square all have properties on omr and proximity, flexibility and your budget should click.. all the best.
