need help regrading post laproscopy ..

    i got my lap done on march 17 but no signs of period... my dr told me tht period will be delayed , can anyone tell exactly after how many days of lap we get our first period ..

    Hi,

    It differs from person to person. I had my periods on time and they were pretty heavy and lasted for 5days as usual. Talk to ur doc probably he might suggest u some medicines.

    Hi,
    I got my periods exactly 6 weeks after i got a lap done.Each body takes its own time to get back to normal.Dont stress much.

    Hi ladies,
    I'm new to IL, my lap was done on last Friday only and then I had some bleeding on that day. My doc told that I'll get my actual periods anywhere this month.

    Hi Maz,

    My doc has adviced me to undergo laproscopy but i am very scared to undergo the procedure....will you be able to share your experience about the procedure if you dont mind? were you on local anesthesia?how long was the procedure?wht did they exactly do?was it painful?

    You dont need worry its simple prodecure takes around 30 min, its done under general anesthsia..discomfort for a week..

    Hi, I am also advised to undergo laproscopy and i have an appointment for next week with Southend fertility & ivf. I have heard that is a simple procedure and it is not very painful. Will update you guys on the same once it is done.
