Need, Greed or Just Old Habits Refusing to Die?

    Hi Kamla,

    Now you are really lucky to have found a good autowallah as well as a good cab driver. Have not had too many issues with the cab drivers, just that one is not available for love or money these days when you want one. You need to book them the previous day.

    As for autos, either they read what I wrote about them or they are now feeling the pinch as there are so many more takers for cabs. I have met a few decent ones too in the last few days.

    BTW, after I wrote this, when coming back from meeting Amma, I had to take a route which goes over a flyover. There is also an alternate route which goes below it. The autowallah asks me "Seedha upar jaane ka hai kya"? Could not control the grin on my face as I said "haan" and just clung on to the side strap extra tight! LOL.
