Do "KAPALBHATI PRANAYAM" for 2 months...my fsh was high and amh was law.....after 2 months of this pranayam...
there was a drastic difference in both of them...you can conceive also....change your diet as well.

First of all I congratulate all of you three wonderful ladies. I am very impressed with your natural conception phenomena.

I am also focusing on healthy ovaries, egg formation, natural ovalution and healthy uterus.
I called Dr. Uppal and discussed my case with him, he asked me to send all my reports. M very excited n motivated to start my ayurvedic treatment.
