Once I was telling DH something and he showed no reaction but was glued to TV.I stopped what I was saying and told him,"You know wat...I called home and spoke to MiL" Instantly his head turned towards me and he asked "what did she tell you????" :rotfl

Then I caught him that he just doesn't listen to what I have to say but reacts immediately if I open some topic about his family!!! :thumbsup

The problem comes with less important things that I say. seems to remember only a little later. specially if I get his attention when he is reading the paper or looking into the computer and say something. Oops...thank god you are there. And my husband is only good at two things in this world, one is his office work and the other is "guess.....":bonk.

But i really have to act hyper active to capture his attention. But yeah, when his ears are open, he will be more attentive. But otherwise he is an absent minded person:drowning.

May be we have to live with these fellas...sigh.
