pic1 - composition is good.. but the space on right side
is more compared to left.....when framing a shot.. espically
for landscapes...either you can follow rule of 1/3rd or
symmetry rule... in this pic.. left side is lesser than
the right side... just imagine the symmetry pic.

pic2 - i hope you are trying for shilloutte... if so..
even that much green should not be visible.. just the
    shape of tree

    pic3 - cool

    pic4 - nice one

pic5 - composing reflections if my guess is correct... if
so in the reflection I can see sky...but in the pic there
is no view of the sky..it would be great if you might
have kept zoom and have taken only the grass reflection
    on the water...

finally..everyone has their own picture before taking a
    photograph....

pls dont blame me or scold me coz.. all are praising you
except me.....you only asked right.. for the comments to
    improve your photography..

by the way.. I am also a photographer.. but very very amateur..

I have canon 450D...which is not now in market.. and I try

I tried to post the pics.. but i dont know how you embeded
the pic in the thread itself...

if you say so.. will post my pics for your review .....

Thanks a ton. This is what I was expecting to hear. I have been pointing and shooting only. And its not an SLR either. I have never bothered to learn about composition or the camera settings. I usually just pick one of the pre-set modes and click a few and then screen out the best looking (lol..literally what seems to look better than the other is all I know) and I keep those. Rest I just delete. Besides this is my first attempt with the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H2. Did try a few others too but did not know what setting to pick and they all looked awful. The photos came out BLUE!! Not even sure why.
I do want to learn more about it but I just don't understand the head or tail from books or from the internet. I would like some guidance from someone who knows about it. And I'd love to hear some more from you and see some of your photos too. You can read from this link to know how to post them here.

I am really interested in learning more. I will post a few more photos soon and please do review them too.
I cannot say the same for you though...I just enjoy looking at anything good..lol I just don't know what to or how to review in technical terms..But I'll try.

PS.Could you please tell me about the second 5 photos too :)

Here is another photo of the reflection...I could not zoom out enough or even move back enough to cover it fully.
This is from a place called Aviemore near Inverness.
