Murgh Hariyali Kebab | Indusladies Wash the boneless skinless chicken breast and cut into medium size chunks.Marinate chicken with salt, chilli powder, turmeric,lemon juice, a spoonful of hung curds (plain greek yoghurt), little garam masala powder, cooking oil and/or butter and keep aside for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, boil some spinach leaves in little water and drain aside. Combine the boiled spinach,coriander leaves,mint leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies and grind into a smooth paste. Now mix the grounded Hara masala into the chicken and keep it aside at least for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven in broil mode at 485F.Lay a parchment paper on an oven tray, spread the marinated chicken pieces and grill for 10 mins,baste the pieces with some melted butter using a brush,flip and grill for another 10-12 mins. Remove and serve hot with lemon wedges and sprinkle little chaat masala. Note - This works as a grilled snack for weight watchers when the oil/butter is not used in generous amounts.Vegetarians can substitute chicken with paneer.
