Mother and baby massage immediate post delivery phase

    Hi Everyone,
    I'm new to IL
    Im currently in my 8th month of pregnancy.
    My MIL insists that i should find someone to help me with hot oil and ayurvedic massage/bathing after delivery ..at least for a month. This is the trend in Kerala.
    Unfortunately i have no clue about the availability of such people/ maamis in chennai. Can anyone suggest anything?

    Have you considered talking to your neighbors or your servant maid ?
    There are lots of ppl who do this massage in chennai.. I'd suggest ask your friends..
