We are seeing quite a few posts on IndusLadies regarding discrimination based on skin color, even for babies that the newborn is not fair enough and blaming the daughter-in-law for the same. To remove this bias, my recommendation to IndusLadies is to use normal average every day homely looking women's faces when posting advertisements or articles on IndusLadies home page. For e.g today's homepage article on treating acne - the face does not resemble "one of us". Atleast I look nowhere like that. The woman looks almost caucasian.
