Missed period, very light spotting and Neg HPT

    Hi friends,

    My period was 10 days late in that 10 days I took two home pregnancy test and both was negative. So I waited and yesterday I saw light very very light brown spotting so today I took home test and it was again negative. I have some symptoms like heavy breast, light headache, back pain, and light stomach pain, leg pain.

    So I'm really worrying. When I need to take next test? Need some suggestions friends. Help me out :-(

    Dear KaviRajesh,

    10 days late with negative HPT could be because of 2 reasons

    1. You must have ovulated late
    2. Annovulatory cycle.

    Are you under progrestrone pills or is it a medicated cycle ? And these symptoms are as same as PMS dear . don't stress yourself and go in for a blood test to find the result . As it will be more accurate . Again spotting could be either Implantation spotting or a signal for your period . Blood test cleares the doubt dear .

    Wishing for a BFP in this cycle itself .

    Hi Kavis,
    Those symptoms are common with PMS and pregnancy. Its hard to track things with the symptoms. You can wait for 2-3 days and then repeat the rest or else check with your doc on delayed periods... You can try high sensitive HPTs too. That should help you.

    Thanks ya.. the thing s still I'm having spotting!! Wit white discharge.
    And one more thing is I'm taking metformin as doc prescribed five month before. Have to make an appointment wit doctor! Actually I'm trying for baby dat's I'm eagerly asking. :-( okay let's see..

    Thanq so much vasu sis :) I used first response( six days before missed period) home pregnancy test. Do you know any other brand? If so let me know :)

    Dear Kavirajesh,

    Can understand your anxiet dear but try to stay stress free . It could be implantation bleeding as well. Yes have an appointment with your gynic nd go in for a blood test . If you are planning to re test at home then do check with your morning first sample dear .

    Better have a word with your gynec. May be a blood test can assist too! Those will clear all your confusions!
    I am not from US, so don't know anything about those brands! Moreover I did HPT only 4-5 times all these years!
