    Sir, many offices have CCTV cameras too, but nothing stops the predators of both sexes, they keep innovating.
    Powerful people can hire the best legal teams, buy the opponent's lawyer and even the judges! Still, I am optimistic that even if a handful cases are proven and fair judgements are delivered, the workplaces can get cleaner and safer for women. In this present crisis, women's employment maybe hit and workplace harassment may increase too. But in the long run, our societies will evolve.
    Everyone has to introspect and redefine their attitudes. Sarvejano sukhino Bhavantu.

    They may also have sexually harrassed women. They are scared that they would be also named next.
    So slut shaming would make their victim to shut up .
    The men also ask why are you coming out after 10 or 15 years. Why didn't you complain at that time itself.?

    Years ago the women did not have the courage and required support to report the harassment or assault. They feared retaliation from those who were more powerful than them. OK.

    Now, why not file an FIR, case or whatever and then go public with a scan of their official accusation? Why share in social media first and then maybe file a report?

    If the statute of limitations is an issue, address that.

    This order of things -- trend of woman sharing in social media and accused man has to file a defamation case in response -- will put off people like me who want to support #MeToo more strongly.
