Lower Back pain during Pregnancy

    Hi friends, I have just completed 13 weeks and am having terrible pain (occasionally) in my lower back and hip area (especially on left side)... Its becoming difficult to sleep during night due to this.. Is it common during this time?

    What can we do to reduce the pain? Any suggestions would be really helpful..
