We too get colorful thermocol balls in the shops. This was done only to pass her time plus she loves breaking the thermocol down into pieces and create a mess
Thanks Rakhii!! DD did a real good job Felt so nice on seeing the outcome. Am going to show her this photo years later when she grows up.
DD has craft competition in school..She has to do some crafts with cotton on her own..we have to give her all the supplies..thats it...so I taught her this simple craft with cotton..this is our trial version done at home..I didnt touch anything..just guided her how to do..this chart she has done on her own...today is her competition..Donno what she is doing now..fingure crossed..:cool2:
Your daughter is very creative Prana i got some idea why not try cotton dipped and dried in colours.Like the tree can have green colored cotton.Or giving the cotton colour with sketch pens after it is glued. i want to try something similar with my son.
Thanks Dinny!!! I too was thinking about both the ideas...But time was too short for me...so ended up with it..so just go ahead with your idea...he would have more fun with coloring.. She brought back her finished chart to home,,it was a exact replica of what I taught her..I am so happy..When I went to school the next day, her teacher appreciated her a lot..she too was so happy because many kids brought some crafts which their family members did for them(or atleast with some pre work) ...My DD was the one who did all the things on her own, with the empty chart..I was :banana
