Legal Process To Be Done After Divorce

Hi All
I have some questions, if you get divorced what all legal things a girl need to do after this.

Case 1 - If a girl stay in india
Case 2- If a girl is working out of india


In both the above cases-
Q1- what all document she needs to update e.g. Passport, PAN card,
Q2- How she can do it in above cases.

Note - I tried to google but i didnt find any exact information.
