Divya Sathyaraj conducts diabetics workshop


We have recently reported that nutritionist and daughter of actor Sathyaraj, Divya Sathyaraj has starred in a short film to promote awareness of cancer. The film has been selected for an international film festival in Norway. The film was produced by a Mumbai-based corporate company and is directed by ad filmmaker Vineet Rajan.

Now the star kid, who also holds a doctorate in nutrition and dietetics, conducted a diabetes workshop following the World Diabetes Day that falls on the 14th of November. Prominent sports personalities and therapists attended the camp.It was an interactive seminar and Divya briefed on how to control and balance the sugar levels. She also handed out booklets which had valuable tips about diabetes.

Superstar Rajinikanth’s next after 2.0 will be with Pa.Ranjith under the production of his son-in-law Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films.


As regards the heroine for this project, it was said that Amala Paul was in talks. But the latest buzz that is going around is that Trisha may be a strong contender for this role.


In most of her interactions, the Lesa Lesa actress keeps reiterating her desire to star in a Rajinikanth film. In her career that has spanned more than a decade, the svelte heroine has paired with most of the leading heroes excepting Rajinikanth. Therefore, if this project comes through for her, it sure would be a milestone in her filmography.

Vikram Vedha is one project that has been in the pre-production stage for quite a while now. This venture directed by husband-wife duo Pushkar-Gayatri finally goes on floors from today, 16th November.

It is a multistarrer film featuring Madhavan, Vijay Sethupathi, Kathir, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar and Shraddha Srinath. While Shraddha Srinath of Kaatru Veliyidai fame will be Madhavan’s pair, Varu is expected to play Vijay Sethupathi’s lady love in the film produced by YNot Sashikanth.

 

We all know that director Shankar’s 2.0 starring Superstar Rajinikanth has it’s first look launch on this Sunday, 20th November. Here we have an official update regarding the launch. This function will be happening at Yash Raj Studios, Mumbai and will be hosted by Bollywood director and producer Karan Johar, who recently made Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.


This function, hosted by Karan Johar is expected to be a huge one. The entire team, including A.R.Rahman, Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson are said to be present for the event.

Sources also report that Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan might grace the occasion with his presence.
