A Person had done some crime but the case comes to him to ask for his permission to blame him and he denied to take the blames. Is this the way law should work in our country. Yes I am talking about CJI. We cannot do anything to such big personality but it is actually very frustrating to see such kind of injustice going around. I just pray and hope that lady to get the strength to fight and win the battle.
Yes it could have. But the way it has been represented is highly unacceptable. How SC will give judgement of other such cases if they cannot punish their own staff. There is so much more respect to that post than to that person who had spoiled it completely.
As per news report of yesterday, the lady had to leave or rather coerced to leave and the judge hearing the case or on truth finding mission at one stage shouted "it is my court" the lady retorted back " it is my court too". Sfter that order . It was ex parte. Copy not given to the lady. This is the status till yesterday morning. Yesterday Nations celebrated MOTHERS' DAY AND this is the news for mothers of the nation.
