Hi, I bought idly rice long bac in store here but i din use it much. I usually buy ready made batter as we r only 2 of us. can anyone suggest any recipe other than making idllies wit idly rice?? :thumbsup
Hey Meena You can prepare many items with idly rice... Dhall adai.....1 cup idly rice, 1/2 cup, toor dhal, 1/2 besan dhal, soak and add red chilly ,salt grind coarsely. add chopped onions and make thick dosas. aapam, uppuma kozhukattai, etc etc
