EPISODE 45

What? You have already decided? You didn’t tell me Nandu said Prashanth.

Nandu remained calm with shy.

Who is that lucky guy? Introduce me to him, I want to check whether he likes me or not, said Prashanth

You are wrong Prash not lucky guy, unlucky guy said Vineel

Nandu got up from her chair, she took a glass of water and poured on him to tease, and went near him and gave a pat on his shoulder and said “Are you unlucky guy?”

Prashanth got shocked and said in surprise, he almost shouted “ Are you guys not playing with me? It is unbelievable” he said.

Vineel said no , it is not joke, it is true Prash, we are not lying.

Nandana said, now ask Prash bro whether my would be likes you or not?

Prash felt very happy and hugged Vineel and said “I am happy for you both”, when Nandu said Australia, I thought I will miss her and I cant even visit her.

If not that guy, some other guy also should understand our friendship, now it is Vinni you, I will never miss you guys throughout my life.

I am so happy today, why didn’t you hide me this all these days? said Prash.

I told my opinion to Nandu just few days back, I was not sure what her opinion on me would be?

That’s why I didn’t tell you Prash.

Remember Prash, we will not have any secrets with you at all said Nandu.

Later, they all had dinner and left the restaurant.

Nandu and Vineel life became very beautiful after that, they totally forgot the world and totally enjoying their company with each other.

One day after college, Vineel is sitting in the room having tea, Prashanth came to him and asked

what Vinni, These days you are not at home at evenings and today you are still here? What happened ? Didn’t you meet Nandu today?

No, Prashanth since last 2 days, we didn’t meet, she sent message through her friend that she is not well.

What happened?

Don’t know , until she comes, she is staying in women’s hostel, we cant go there, unless she come and tell, we will not know.

After two days, during weekend on Saturday,Vineel called Nandu’s hostel.

Her warden picked up the phone and asked who is on the on the line?

Vineel got scared, they are in public phone booth, he waved at Prash, Prashanth came and said, I am her brother and want to talk to Nandu.

Vineel got relieved, he took a deep breadth.

Warden didn’t believe and she is kind of suspicious.

She asked what is your name?

My name is Prashanth.

Do you want me to convey any message?

No, actually she is sick and my mom is worried, I am calling to enquire her health.

Hostel warden believed Prashanth words, since Nandu didn’t go from hostel from last two days and he knew she is sick, that means definitely could be the family.

She asked Prash to wait and went and called Nandana.

As soon as Nandu picked up phone, Vineel almost screamed what happened Nandu? How are you? Why didn’t you meet me?

Wait Vineel, I am fine, let us meet today evening, come to our secret place, I have a surprise for you.

Ok said Nandana and hung the phone.

Vineel got ready in the evening and started waiting at their regular meeting point. It is back side of the library.

Mostly no one come there, it will be calm, there will be small lawn and couple of benches, which connects it to a walking path.

Generally people visit library from the front side and go away, no one comes back, after their friends in the college have started noticing them, they started meeting here.

Vineel was sitting on a bench and waiting for Nandu.

Nandu came from back and closed Vineel’s eyes and said look who is here.

How will I look ? until you open my eyes said Vineel.

Vineel, first listen to me, there is a surprise for you, what will you give me if I show that?

What is that Nandu?

Tell me first what will you give me if I show you that?

What ever you ask for?

Okay, I will ask you when time comes, then you shouldn’t say no she said.

Ok deal he said.

She came front of him and asked Vineel to close his eyes .

She sat on her knee before him and said, open your eyes now Vineel.

Vineel slowly opened his eyes , he saw Nandu and got surprised and shocked.

Why are you looking like that puzzled? Are you seeing me for first time?

No, Nandu why did you do this? He became emotional.

I did it for you Vineel, you said Nose ring looks good on some other girl that day, so for you, I did it for me. I know it makes you happy.

Vineel felt so emotional.

Nandu, you did so much for me? I just told casually, I didn’t mean it serious

But I did it for you Vineel, I will do anything for you.

Vineel held her hand and said “Nandu , I am so lucky to have you in my life”. Will you be with me like this forever.

Nandu also felt emotional, some times I get scared Vinni she said.

Why?

I don’t know , our journey is very beautiful , but when it comes to reality, will we be able to get married or not?

We have so much time for that, we will think when time comes he said.

What if our parents don’t agree for marriage? She asked

Nandu , I promise you, If at all we don’t get married, I will never get married in my life.

Don’t say like that Vinni, I cant even bear the thought of we not get married.

You didn’t meet me for last few days for this reason? He asked

Yes, after I got my nose job, It was painful and swelled, I want to surprise you she smiled.

They both spent some time there and Nandu went directly to Vineels room for dinner.

Prashanth made chicken for both of them and Vegeterian food for Nandu.

You both happily enjoy and made me cook all the time, he teased.

Vineel and Prash got chicken biryani and Nandu got vegetarian food on her plate, they sat on couch.

Vinni said it is yummy Prash, you are the best cook.

Nandana saw both of them.

Do you want to try Nandu? Asked Vineel.

She gave a sharp look and said , I cant eat non vegetarian food Vineel, I don’t even like that smell.

No one in your family eat? questioned Prash.

Every one eats, but for some reason , I feel eating meat is not good, I feel pity on those small creatures.

Ok , Nandu now I promise you, this is the last time I am eating non vegetarian food, I will turn vegetarian for you said Vineel.

Prashanth got surprised Vinni are you saying this? Did you think? You cant survive with non vegetarian food.

Nandu also got surprised, no need Vinni, you need not change for me.

No, Nandu you did so much for me, Can’t I do this? I will do any thing for you.

Nandu also felt happy, they both developed a strong bond with each other in course of time, As days passed, the love between them grow stronger.

Nandu finished 2nd year , Vineel finished 3rd year and moved into final year of engineering………..
