    Hi fara
First of all accept my sincere apologies for the delay in reply.
Now the nice part , as I dreamt so it is
    ITS A BOY !!
    couldn’t get better than this.
For someone with small uterus, high fsh and low amh , this is the perfect gift .
    Optimum gratification.

Two decisions of my life that I appreciate right now is
    Trusting ayurveda and
    leaving my job.
These two decisions have changed my life completely.
It has taken a complete u turn .
These decisions have earned me respect love -and dignity.
today as i stand as a proud mother, feeling blessed , sanctified, pure, honoured.
I can write more and more on this , cos i am full of emotions these days.
    How about you ?
    Did you initiate?

    Hi there Parminder ,
Please don’t apologise to me for anything, I completely understand whats goes in your head when you are actually going through the most feared, most desired, most excitable, and most awaited phase of your life .

Emotions are a very big part of our lives. So let them be . We can Adjust accordingly.

On the contrary plz accept my
Warmest congratulations on the birth of your lovely son .
I am so thrilled for you ; after all this is years of waiting; years of hardwork.

I agree and respect you for these two important decisions you took .
    Pretty bold steps.

Your story inspires me alot , i also have similar health issues.
High fsh ;low amh ; both small uterus and ovaries.

You know my case is worse than yours but i am still very hopeful very positive about suntex and dr uppal.
Yep i did commence my treatment, and its been a few days . Feeling nice about it .

Changes are gonna happen , stay attentive and notice every possible change your body indicates.
For accurate analysis we ll evaluate using help of the ultrasonography , mri etc. But that’ll happen after a month or so .
Overnight improvement in ayurveda specifically when we are dealing with atrophy or pof or amh cases is next to impossible.
So remember to stay cool calm and attentive.
That way you can achieve almost anything.
Keep notes of all the changes you notice in your body so that you can report them on time for timely evaluation.
And plz for gods sake dont say that my case is worse or hopeless etc .
You got to have a positive approach only then positive things will happen.
All the best , hit it up .

    Hey thanks for the motivation.
You are amazing in psychology too .
You have the talent to convince almost anybody.
I ll do just as you say, after all you are my mentor.
    Staying hopeful done
    Staying positive done
Taking notes of all changes done
Anything else, i m gonna blindly follow what you and dr Uppal say ..
Thats the bottom line for me .
That way i ll not make any faults.
