    Ask ur sis to sit n talk abt finances,how much he spends ,where he spends ... how he is going to look after her ,how long she has to stay at parents place after marriage(I know ur parents have no problem but he needs to know it's his responsibility too).

    Thanks for your time dear... All his money goes to his parents.. now that both of them are moving to the same city, hopefully things will turn out to be better.
