How to use medu vada maker

    Hi All
    Some time back I bought the steel Anjali medu vada maker. But when I put the batter into it and press it holding over the oil the vada does not fall into the oil. I have tried to use different consistencies of batter , tried to use it oiled and unoiled , but with no results.
    I am truly disappointed with the results. Help anybody?

    Thanx Manju for the video. I have tried to watch the manouvre very carefully. Will try over the weekend and give you the feedback.

    In actual i dont have vada maker i do it manually. I just googled the video for you.

    Hi Manju
    Tried to use the vada maker again over the weekend.
    When you do the manouevre as shown , the batter doesn't slide off the maker into the oil the way it does in the video. I don't understand the problem.
