How to remove stone work stuck in blouse?

    Hi, I have some stones stuck in my silk blouse using fabric glue. Is there anyway I can remove them without causing damage to the blouse? Any tips would be very helpful. Thanks!

    Its actually a silk blouse and a few stones have fallen off. Am not able to find matching replacement stones, so thinking of getting them all out. Any ideas??
