    If any one know the tips to reduct the heaty property of Mangos, pappaya which available in summer. Please share here. I heard if you put Mangoes in fridge the heaty proprty eill reduce. Is it true ? please share yor views

    fully ripen mangoes & papaya are of less heat than raw ones. try to consume the whole fruit at one time without cutting. avoid making juices. this is the way we practice at home to avoid the heat effects of the fruits.

    Why would mango lose its propeties by being in fridge. I know watermelons become sweeter due to some reaction in the fructose at colder temp, hence not recommended to eat after cut if left in fridge for more than 12 hours. ( i know the cold aweet watermelon tempts more than room temperature)

    The best to kee check on the heat is have more water. Have a few drops of castor oil in milk or buttermilk.

    I have heard Mangoes with milk, like Mango milkshake, is less heating to the body.
