hi i am sasikumar.. am was married(love marriage)on 2010.. i want to apply for new ration card.. but am not having deletion certificate from old ration card and i cant get cos of my family problems.. also my wife do not having deletion proof.. we are having only the currently residing address proof i.e, the rental agreement bond.. do we get the ration card only with this proof?.We are not having marriage register certificate .what proofs are needed? please give me any suggession
