So far I have never seen any doc for my allergy or sinus.All experiments on me is by me. As for my sinus, I try only steam inhalation, i dont put anything in the water. Just strong steam. When I go to bed, add a few drops of tea tree oil to my pillow and bed. the smell can be very strong, i dont use that anymore. Like I said, I have a combination of things going on to keep this in check. lots of water - exercise/outside air - steam - vitaminc&multivitamins, if nothing works then otc meds. And this allergy thing started almost 7 years ago.

Its really good that you trying different options. My PCP is not that good and I am planning to change to a new doctor. She always prescribe me some medicine all the time and not ready to discuss about the cause of these issues.
