how to get rid of Callus

I have lots of calluses in my feet... I go 4 pedicure once a month. seems better 4 3 days after pedicure. After that I have roughened areas in my feet once again. The callus looks like circular formation of dead cells with a point @ the centre. Looks very awkward. I use pumice stone to scrub daily during bath, but no results.. Has anyone come across such a prob... Also my feet is dry and flaky...

hello destinyschild

i too have a callus on my foot. its become very hard. i tried everything possible but cudnt get rid of it. a doctor had suggested me a solution called 'salactin drops'. i used it and the whole hard skin of the callus came out in layers but it formed again so may be you too can use it. it has to be applied on the callus during the night.
use very soft and comfortable foot wear, atleast the calluses will not hurt you.
i've decided to go for the laser surgery to remove it but not in near future..
