How to fall asleep immediately?

    Hi,

    For falling asleep peacefully try drinking Chamonile tea one hour before your bedtime, it really calms you down and induces peaceful sleep. It works for me everytime. Make the tea with plain water no milk or sugar it tastes good and its very soothing for your mind.

    Read the most boring book, sitting. After a few minutes you would feel sleepy.

    Hi,

    Most of the ladies face this problem and often feel jealous how husbands are deep asleep once they are into the bed... why dont you try accupressure....there are some points in our body which when pressed will calm our mind and help us in sleeping...try reading more on this before following it....
    Most of all relax and take deep breathe and you will calm down and go to sleep....

    Hi I have a solution!! this might look funny but it works!!!
    Take long breathes for nearly 2 or 3 min and you are fast asleep!! try this!!

    1)A warm glass of milk before going to bed does help
    2) I have heard ppl telling that khus khus soaked in milk and then grinded and mixed along wih milk will give u a heavenly sleep.
    3) Lie down jus imagine relaxing ur body from head to feet one by one...by the time u relax ur shoulders u wud have slept

    Go to bed early,drink hot milk or take bath after.Read books hear music or comedies..

    Well I dont really have a problem sleeping.
    But when it does a hot shower is the best solution. Also eating early and then having some sweets I feel sleepy (some people say it energizes them but not me) As for cold milk its opposite I lose sleep. Listening to radio or reading is also better unless you are reading something really interesting and can't keep the book down.
    If all else fails I chant some mantras or count numbers.
