How to deal this?

Indu, we lived in the same apt complex for 6+ yrs, but in different units......Thanks all for the reply.

The thing is, When we call them for maintanence, they do minimal work - I mean they fix the thing that stays for few days and once we move out, they say we broke and bill us for the replacement...hmmm...Smart people....
