I'm starting to do light exercises before I go to office. There is barely any sweat and I don't wash hair except 1 to 2 times a week. Now I plan to add cardio exercise, which will create lot of sweat. Should I wash hair everyday to clean sweaty scalp because sweaty scalp is not health? But washing hair every day is not healthy? What to do? Should I oil my hair BEFORE exercise, then after exercise it is safe to wash. Please advise.
