How do i make a two piece katori ?

    Can some one share the pattern or notes of making a two peice katori blouse :drowning.Artvani has explained well the way of making a 3 peice katori blouse .When I saw a two peice katori I found it much easier to stich.
    What is the best style for heavt busted females?
