    Hi,

I would like to share my deep conditioner recipe.

2 ripe avocados (depending on your hair length.)
    Aloe vera gel
extract 1/2 of a Lime juice
    1/2 ripe banana

You could get creative and add essential oils of your choice, egg, coconut milk.

Apply any hair oil and leave on for atleast 1 hr. I usually leave it overnight. Then apply this pack and leave on hair for a min of 30 mins. I let it sit for 2hrs.

I have used fresh aloe vera juice and combined everything in a blender. The result is a pista colored cream with no lumps at all, and it was so easy to apply on my hair and scalp. I took sections of my hair and applied it to the scalp till the ends. It will not drip at all when applied to the scalp.

Now, the result: My hair was so dry before and after just 1 treatment i could not believe how moisturized and shiny my hair was.

I have a friend who does this every week and has fast growing hair. This will be my weekly treatment from now on. Natural is always better.

    Hope this helps!!!

    Hi,

Mayonnaise is also an excellent conditioner as it contains eggs and vinegar which is beneficial for hair. Try applying 1/2 an avacado with 3-4 tablespoons of Mayonnaise. Apply to hair and scalp, cover with a shower cap and let it sit for 30 mins. Wash hair with a mild shampoo and towel dry. But make sure you buy real mayonnaise.

Thanks for sharing the tip. I want to try it out too. But can you tell me about the fresh aloe vera juice. Did you buy the store brand or did you make it from the leaves. Thanks so much in advance.

    Regards,
    Shanti.

    Hi,

sorry for the delay. I have used fresh aloe vera juice. I have a pot of aloe Vera in my garden and i cut one big leaf and broke open the sticky juice.

Avocado is an excellent fruit which is high in Vitamin E. It can be eaten and applied to skin and hair. It acts as a deep conditioner when applied to the scalp.

This recipe can be used on face as well!!!!! Makes the skin smooth and shiny.
