    anmolhai sorry for the late response

    the recipe for mango pudding

    1 tin of mango pulp--- I buy the pattu alphonso mango pulp which is 800gms one
    1 tin of condensed milk

    mix both of them evenly, and measure and follow the instruction on the gelatin tin and add the required amount of gelatin to the mango mixture

    keep it in the fridge for 3-4 hrs and you can garnish with nuts / fresh fruits / whipped cream.

    I did garnished with nuts once and with strawberries another time

    I would love to do it with fresh mango pieces may b3e in summer during the mango season

    Frozen appetizers(veg & non-veg) can save lot of time. They are easily available in market. Taste and quality is always maintained.

    Main dishes you can try methi paneer (with tomato puree),tawa bhindi, dal makhni, soya cop,
    pao bhaji, cholle bhature...
