Firstly Happy Women’s day to all the ladies out there ! Let our lives be as healthy and colourful like this uttapam . Ingredients Oats flour - 1 cup Rice flour/ Dosa batter - 3/4 cup Grated carrot Yoghurt - 3 tsp Capsicum Tomato Dill leaves Onions Green chillies Butter Salt Oil Chutney podi / gun powder Method Powder the oats in mixer and mix with Rice flour or dosa batter. Add yogurt and all the finely chopped veggies , chillies , salt and water to it and mix well . Rest it for 5 min if you are adding rice flour. Heat the pan and pour the dosa sprinkle gun powder , place some onions, carrot, tomatoes and flip the dosa. Fry dosa until the veggies are fried . Serve with butter and any chutney !
