No. A bit that's it. Like 5%. Initially I thought so. But after I tasted from a colleague I started liking it. Just 2 spoons of methi would suffice for one time snack. Let the sprouts be long ,a cm at least. Tastes really good.
Ohh ok ok. Will try that then But we don’t get good pomegranate here.. can I replace it with cucumber or carrot ?

Sweet corn vegetable soup is easy to make, yummy and nutritious (not the knorr kind or other instant brands).Check vahchef’s recipe. 16.Grilled or baked Kebabs are good for snacking.Vegetarians can opt for low fat paneer tikka kebab, Hariyali paneer kebab,tandoori gobi, stuffed mushroom kebab,grilled Chana kebab.Non vegetarians have a lot more choices in kebabs with chicken and fish. 17.Sprout chaat - mix moong sprouts, chopped veggies like tomatoes, onions, cucumber with salt, lemon juice, chilli powder, little chaat masala. 18.Cone chaat - Mix the above sprout chaat with roasted murmura. Roasted Makhanas. You can add the spices as per your preference. Masala Papads(I add a drop of oil and microwave them) and add onion-tomato masala over it
This is a quick snack. tasty and nutritious. Ingredients required: 1/2 cup roasted peanuts 1/4 cup roasted white sesame seeds 1/2 cup dry coconut cut into small cubes 1/4 cup fried gram dal 1/2 cup jaggery made into small pcs 1/4 cup zeera sweet ( colourful small pepperment with cumin seed or fennel seed inside),,,, optional Mix all the above and store in airtight container. sesame seeds produces heat to our body during winter, peanut is a protein rich nut, jaggery supplies iron, coconut is good for ulcer, cumin and fennel is good for pitha and fennel seed is also having a good medicinal value besides acts as a mouth freshner.
This is called Yellu bella. During Sankranthi this is prepared and distributed to everyone in Kannataka. As she mentioned it is very good for this cold weather in Karnataka
